Thank you for serving as a Plenary or Keynote Speaker at ISPNE 2025! This is one of the most anticipated parts of our program, and we want to ensure your session goes smoothly.

Presentation Logistics and Technology Requirements

  • Presentation Length: As confirmed with the Program Committee (60 minutes followed by Q&A).

  • Presentation Style: Live in person, live virtually, or via a pre-recorded session (with live Q&A).

  • We prefer presenters use the conference laptop unless otherwise requested in advance.

  • File Format: PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx)

  • Deadline: Send your final presentation file to [email protected] no later than 12:00 PM (noon), the day before your session.

  • If using your own laptop, it must have an HDMI port (or adapter) and be tested before your talk.

Whova Upload Requirement

  • It is highly encouraged that all Plenary and Keynote presentations are uploaded to the Whova app so they are available to all attendees after the session.

  • While all in-person Plenary and Keynote sessions will be live streamed, if you prefer a more polished, “clean” version of your talk (without camera movement or livestream interruptions), you are encouraged to upload a recorded version in advance.

  • Providing a clean version also encourages greater virtual engagement by allowing remote attendees to watch at their convenience and revisit key points.
You will receive a personal upload link (or the Program Committee can upload for you if preferred).

  • Upload instructions:Whova Presenter Guide

Session Day Tips

  • Arrive early to test microphones, slides, and any media.

  • Bring a backup copy of your presentation on a USB drive.

  • If you have embedded videos, test them on the conference setup in advance.

  • For Q&A, a session chair will manage audience questions (in person and/or via Whova).
