Virtual Upload Requirement

All Data Blitz / Flash Talk presenters must also upload their presentation file to the Whova app so it is accessible to all attendees. Follow the Virtual Poster Instructions for step-by-step upload guidance. A Video must also be included

Session Details

  • When: Friday, September 5, 2025 from 8:30 AM & 11:00 AM (Day 3)

  • Format: Brief, focused presentations (maximum 5 minutes) highlighting key findings in a fast-paced session

  • Presentation Order: Randomly assigned; order will be shared with presenters before the session

File Submission (for in-person session)

  • Format: Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) only

  • Deadline: Email your final PowerPoint file to [email protected] by 12:00 PM (noon) on Thursday, September 4, 2025

  • All talks will be run from one conference computer; personal laptops will not be used

Timing

  • Maximum length: 5 minutes

  • Presenters will receive a 1-minute warning before their time is up

  • All questions will be held until the end of the session

  • Going over time may result in the session chair ending your presentation early

Optional Poster Presentation

  • If you also wish to display your work as a physical poster during the main poster session, contact the program committee at [email protected] to request an assigned board space

Tips for Success

  • Keep slides simple, visual, and focused on your main message

  • Practice to ensure your talk fits comfortably within 5 minutes

  • Check that all images, videos, and fonts display correctly before submission
