Registration Requirement: All poster presenters must be registered for the conference to present in person or virtually.

 

Virtual & Asynchronous Engagement

  • All posters must be uploaded to the Whova app for inclusion in the program by 8/23/2025

  • Upload a PDF of your poster plus optional related materials or 2–5 min videos (YouTube or similar) for ongoing discussion

Poster Size & Orientation

  • Maximum: 4 ft in any direction

  • 4’x3’ (w×h) or ≤1500 cm wide

  • Portrait or landscape allowed (landscape preferred)

Location & Setup

  • When: Setup starts 5:30 PM, Wed., Sept. 3 (Day 1)

  • Where: Canal Street Rooms & Foyer – 2nd Floor, Ritz-Carlton (St. Charles, Carondelet, Baronne) Note: Baronne = buh-ROHN; Carondelet rhymes with jet

  • Posters may be mounted as early as 12:00 PM Day 1

  • ISPNE staff will provide board assignment & pushpins (no printing/mounting service)

Display & Removal

  • MUST remain on display until 8:00 PM Day 1

  • Remove by 5:00 PM Day 3 (Fri., Sept. 5)

  • Unclaimed posters after 10:00 PM Day 3 will be discarded

Presenter Attendance

  • Be present for Poster Session #1: 5:45–8:00 PM, Wed., Sept. 3

  • Session coincides with Welcome Reception for networking Q&A

Poster “Gumbo” Recipe: Guidelines for Success

  • Recommended size: 3 ft × 4 ft with margins to prevent text cutoff; avoid shrinking fonts.

  • Use clear visuals so that your poster is self-explanatory and frees up time for discussion.

  • Include funding and acknowledgments in the lower left if applicable.

  • Top of poster: Abstract title and author(s) in original submitted order.

  • Upper left: Large-print copy of abstract (updates allowed for new data).

  • Bring all figures, tables, and visuals; no projection equipment or outlets provided.

  • What more to say? Include a QR code with reference or a link to your Whova poster.
