
All virtual poster presenters must be registered for the conference and upload their poster to the Whova app to ensure visibility for both in-person and virtual attendees.
Receiving Your Upload Link

You will receive a personal upload link from ISPNE to access the Whova online form.

The URL will look something like this: https://whova.com/xems/engage/artifact/eventID/letters12345678
-
When opened, you will see the event name at the top of the page and your poster title beneath it. No sign-in is necessary; the link allows you to upload your materials directly.

You will also receive an email from Whova with upload instructions.

Record over Zoom: log in, share your poster file, click “Record,” then “Stop Recording.” Zoom will save the file as an .mp4.

Ensure you are well-lit, background is uncluttered, and audio is clear

Attendees can submit questions via Whova chat

During the conference please check in daily to engage with questions and comments
